Imperial AI Studio, also called Imperial Ballet Studio, is the private social-content workspace operated by Amande Concerts Ltd for Imperial Classical Ballet at studio.imperial-ballet.com. It supports authorised campaign preparation, media processing, publishing and reporting. It is not a public social network or a ticket seller in its own right.

Use Studio only when authorised to manage the relevant company accounts and content. Connect only accounts you may manage, use official platform sign-in screens and keep signed-in devices secure. Do not place passwords, access tokens or API secrets in campaign fields. Do not use Studio for unlawful content, impersonation, spam or bypassing platform restrictions.
Uploading material does not transfer its ownership to Amande Concerts. You must hold the rights and permissions needed for its storage, processing and intended publication, including video, images, music, performers and branding. Authorised operators permit the processing and transmission needed for the Studio actions they request. Third-party rights remain with their owners. Apply required commercial or AI-content disclosures.
Check generated copy against the real production, performers, venue, date and ticket information. Do not present fictional or AI-generated scenes as documented live performances. Review overlays, thumbnails and accessibility before approval.
Connecting an account does not approve future posts. Review each destination account, media version, thumbnail, text, visibility and timing before approving delivery. Where scheduling is enabled, approving a schedule authorises background submission at the chosen time; check the time zone and status shown.
Publish now requests delivery as soon as the platform processes it. Delays, expired connections, platform restrictions or review can affect both immediate and scheduled delivery. An uploaded or scheduled status is not proof of public visibility. Before retrying, check the destination and delivery status to avoid duplicates.
Platforms control their presentation, thumbnails, visibility and moderation. Studio does not guarantee exact publication times or identical presentation. Deleting a Studio campaign does not automatically remove published social posts.
Generated text, thumbnail advice, enhancement suggestions and editorial scores require human review. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable and do not guarantee reach, engagement, ticket sales or return on investment. Keep original media and review processed versions. Features may be paused or unavailable.
Reports depend on platform permissions, available metrics and collection times. Missing figures are not zero. Differences in views alone do not establish that a publishing method caused the difference.
Connected features are subject to the relevant platform rules. Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube integration, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s processing.
Read the Studio Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions for data use, retention and withdrawal. Removing platform access does not automatically erase saved campaigns or published posts.
Ticket calls to action use Amande Concerts — What’s On. Bookings remain subject to the ticket seller’s terms. Studio does not promise ticket availability or audience results.
These terms are reviewed when material features or data practices change. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
